Forced Air Drying Ovens for Decarboxylation of Cannabis
Overview
The DOFG Series of Forced Air Drying Ovens are designed for decarboxylation of plant materials. Specifically, in the cannabis industry, it is the chemical reaction that removes a carboxyl group from the THC-A molecule, releases carbon dioxide and activates the psychoactive THC. These forced air ovens are ideal for this function because they offer careful control of the decarb process to produce reliable and more predictable outcomes.
A variety of models are available in capacities of 54, 100, 149, 250 and 550 liters.
The ovens operate from 5 ºC above ambient to 250 ºC. Each oven is CSA Certified and is supplied with 2 stainless steel wire shelves, with more shelves available.
The DOFG series drying ovens have locking door handles for minimum heat leakage. They feature excellent temperature uniformity and accuracy. DOFG drying ovens have a stainless steel internal chamber and are designed for continuous operation. A viewing window allows observation during operation. Safety is assured with CE Conformity and CSA Certification.
